SITE PREPARATION AND PERMITTING

DAY 77

Engineers and Contractors will perform required tests and prepare the home site for its permanent foundation and all utility hookups. Permitting and Inspections are usually the "wildcard" in your project timeline. Although our homes benefit from being built to the strict HUD standards, we still work very closely with the Engineering, Utility Companies and others involved in the infrastructure items.

DELIVERY

DAY 167

We're almost finished! Our Transportation Dept will coordinate with CHP, CalTrans and Local authorities to get the permits needed to move your home from the factory to your build site. Every delivery is unique due to overpass restrictions, road widths, and accessibility from the freeway to your home site. Some sites will require that we use a crane to lift your home into position.
