• Price is FOB Build Site for Custom BTO and Shipping Containers
• You arrange forklift to offload truck, and crane for assembly
• You must hire your own General Contractor that has "B" (and "C-47" for Manufactured) contractors license from CSLB
• Price does not include any Dirt To Keys project management

🔌 Plug In & Settle In
Water, sewer, and electrical hookups are included, along with the first 25 feet of trenching. All appliances and fixtures are installed to the manufacturers specifications to protect your warranty and then fully tested by our installers.
