CAL HFA GRANT
The ADU Grant provides up to $40,000 towards pre-development and non-reoccurring closing costs associated with the construction of the ADU. Predevelopment costs include site prep, architectural designs, permits, soil tests, impact fees, property survey, and energy reports. Homeowners with low or moderate income are eligible. HPPCARES is a CalHFA ADU Special Financing Grant Program Participant.
Our Goal
Help Inland Empire residents take advantage of the State laws that empower them to build small affordable housing solutions on the property they already own. ADUs can help individuals and families address their changing housing needs and can even go so far as to provide them with a supplemental income stream.
